It wouldn't be anywhere near as perfect if it weren't for the ribbon magnet on the Jeep. It's clear that he's learned all his debate skills from Bill -- he's hectoring, ill-informed, insulting, and disrespectful -- just like Bill!
If I were the cop, I would've cited him for not wearing a helmet, just to screw with his head. You know Michael Conrad Forrester would be five blocks away before he thought, "Hey, wait a minute..." I mean, Brainiac wants to hire a lawyer for traffic court. Too bad you can't hear what he's yelling at the cop at the end. I'm sure it's brilliant.
