Meet the New Liar

It's official, Press Secretary Scott McClellan's out. The rumors are that he'll be replaced with rightwing FOX host Tony Snow. If this is true, there are two ways of looking at this - Snow's a lousy choice because he's freakin' crazy or he's a great choice because he's the administration's kind of crazy.

A quick check of Media Matters shows that Snow's been a White House spokes-liar for quite some time. He's attacked Joe Wilson, Valerie Plame, evolution, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and John Kerry. He'll definitely toe the line - the administration wouldn't have a more loyal lapdog if it hired Bill O'Reilly or Rush Limbaugh.

Different face, same BS.
